Miguel M. Matias is an International Emmy Award winning writer and director from Portugal living in Los Angeles.
He was the creator and showrunner of two TV series in Portugal: "Strange" and "The Last Treasure". Miguel has also written numerous episodes of other TV series, including "Blood Ties" which won an International Emmy for Best Show.
Shortly after moving to the US, Miguel directed his short film "Emma's Fine" which was selected to screen at many film festivals in 20 countries. He recently directed "The Program" winning an Honorable Mention from the Producers Guild of America.
Miguel has also created, produced, and directed many videos for brands including Vogue, Ashley Graham, Revlon, White House Black Market, Condé Nast and Four Seasons.
He's currently writing and directing the TV docuseries "Colors".
